Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: $2100 - $2300

Working Hours: 40 hrs/week (Rotating Shift From Mon-Sun)

Key Responsibilities:

· To deliver good customer service in fast paced environment

· To maintain Visual Display and Merchandising of retail store according to company’s standard

· To guide staff on POS and Cashiering transaction

· To conduct on-the-job training and customer service training for the retail staff

· To prepare weekly and monthly reports

Requirements:

· Min. GCE “O” Level with 1 year experience in retail industry will be an added advantage

· To have positive attitude and with passion in retail

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate the Director's appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient time management.
• Manage emails, phone calls, and messages, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas; maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Act as the point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries and ensuring excellent client service.
• Assist in coordinating team activities, meetings, and training sessions as directed by the Director.
• Organize travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and preparing itineraries.
• Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Manage office supplies, update databases, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Director to support business operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in business administration or equivalent
• At least 1 – 2 years of relevant administration experience
• Candidates with experience in the insurance industry will be highly preferred
