About the Role:

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (App growth /Digital usage) to drive the growth and success of their mobile app. This role focuses on increasing app downloads, user engagement, and retention through strategic marketing campaigns and collaboration with key teams.

Key Responsibilities:

App Promotion and Growth

• Develop and execute strategies to promote the app and drive downloads.
• Create and implement campaigns to boost app usage and retain users.
• Optimize app visibility through ASO (App Store Optimization) and creative improvements.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

• Plan and run performance-driven campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and app stores.
• Explore new channels and partnerships to attract and engage users.
• Stay updated on the latest app marketing trends and technologies.

User Engagement and CRM

• Use CRM tools to design personalized user journeys to enhance engagement and retention.
• Analyze user behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Performance Tracking

• Monitor KPIs like downloads, engagement, and ROI, ensuring campaign goals are met.
• Provide insights based on app performance data to refine marketing strategies.

Collaboration and Leadership

• Work with product and design teams to enhance user experience.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing app marketing team.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in app marketing, digital campaigns, and user acquisition.
• Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO) and CRM tools.
• Strong analytical skills to track performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in app marketing or digital product marketing with a track record of driving user acquisition and engagement.
• Strong expertise in CRM and data-driven marketing campaigns.
• Deep understanding of mobile app ecosystems, including app stores, social media platforms, and advertising networks.
• Proficiency in performance marketing tools like Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
• Hands-on experience with user acquisition campaigns and marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Duties And Responsibilities:

-To facilitate the hazard identification and risk management sessions.

-To prepare and submit risk assessments.

-To add new hazards that are identified, monitor and update the hazards in the register to ensure all hazards are mitigated and closed

-To attend the Safety Offcer Project Safety Committee Meetings and any other risk management meetings directed by the S.O.

-To develop the project risk management plan in alignment with the Client’s framework.

-To ensure common use of Sinohydro risk matrices and assessment tools.

-To develop and maintain the project risk register.

-To work with other project personnel responsible for implementation of specific risk (i.e. HSE, technical and cost/ schedule) management related activities to ensure work is conducted in accordance with project the risk management plan.

-To review risk register’s current controls for effectiveness.

-To participate in the monthly monitoring of the risk register with the Project Director and provision of the monthly project risk report.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

-Risk Management experience in Construction industry is a must.

-Experience in context of construction industry for water treatment plant is a plus.

-Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

-Effective time management skills.
