• Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in IT Infrastructure which includes: Team building, team management, L4 support, Vendor Management and New Projects Implementations.
• Experience in managing IT infrastructure (Windows, Datacentre, Linux, Ubuntu, Storage System, Network, NOC etc.).
• Making configuration changes to devices (Firewall, Load Balancer, Router, Switches and AP)
• Work with NOC team to fine tune the infrastructure issues.
• Administering TCP/IP addresses and monitoring the network to determine capacity usage and escalate/ recommend necessary steps to address the issues.
• Perform firewall activities like Administration, Management, monitoring and troubleshooting
• Work closely with team members and other stakeholders to review and restructure processes.
• Experience in service management principles, frameworks (such as ITIL), and best practices.
• Lead project teams and track Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
