Job Description:

Our client are a boutique clothing store looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Retail cum Social Media Assistant with 1-2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and customer service, with the added skill of engaging on social media platforms like TikTok to showcase their clothing collection to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide personalized fashion advice to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Maintain the boutique's cleanliness, visual displays, and overall ambiance.
• Handle cashier duties, including processing payments, refunds, and exchanges.
• Manage inventory, restocking shelves, and monitoring stock levels.

TikTok Live Hosting:

• Conduct live-streaming sessions on TikTok during non-peak hours to showcase clothing items and interact with online customers.
• Highlight product features, provide styling tips, and answer customer questions in real-time.
• Assist in creating short video content to promote the boutique's products and boost online visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live-stream schedules and promotional campaigns.

Other Duties:

• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with boutique events or special promotions as needed.

Requirement:

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in Fashion / Retail or equivalent
• At least 1 – 2 years of retail experience
• Able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
