• Basic accounting knowledge for payroll and invoicing
• Prepares and monitors invoices
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
• Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Develops, organizes and maintain a filing system
• Organizes travel arrangements for managers
• Takes accurate minutes of meetings
• Replies to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
• Sorts and distributes the mail to support administrative and secretary work
• Oversees and supervises the work of junior staff & coordinates with them
• Responsible in other admin & accounting related works
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

What will you be doing?

• Handle work-in customers
• Retrieve or create customer details via the system to create a payment voucher.
• Capture incoming and outgoing vehicle details into the weighbridge system.
• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Provide general administrative support for office consumable
• Provide administrative support to operations and fleets.

Job Description

• Loading and sorting of packages at Central Kitchen / Tai Seng Office prior to delivery
• Assist event team to do packing in Central Kitchen / Tai Seng office for events
• Setup and Tear-down of events at different locations when needed
• Perform timely pickups and deliveries for the company-assigned areas
• Drive company vehicles for delivery and events operations
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items
• Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicle
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Company

Job Requirements

• Valid Class 3 Driving License, need to be familiar with Singapore routes
• Prefers have working experience in F&B
• Prefers to hold a recognized Basic food hygienic certification
• Outgoing personality and highly motivated and take initiative
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when event operation needed
• Unable to drive company vehicle back home; start and end your day at Tai Seng office (free motorbike parking is available)
• Primary task is Driver, Secondary is Support on Event Operation

Job Description:

• Prepare and ensure the accuracy of all shipping-related documents for both import and export.
• Coordinate shipment with shipping companies and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Monitor shipments in transit, tracking the movement of goods, and addressing any delays or issues that arise.
• Respond to shipping-related queries from customers, suppliers, or internal teams, providing updates on order status, shipping dates, and potential delays.
• Issue purchase order and delivery order.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support if needed.
