• Ensure that the store is clean, organised and properly stocked at all times
• Receive and process incoming inventory shipments, including unpacking boxes, labelling products and stocking shelves

Job Position: Account Assistant

Key duties and responsibilities

• Assist in AR & AP accounting duties
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, recording bank documentations and filing of documents
• Generate monthly reports detailing accounts receivable status and end of period account closing activities, sending bill reminders & contacting customers on due invoices if any
• Ensured that all vendor invoices are processed on a timely basis
• Generate monthly reports detailing accounts payable status and end of period account closing activities
• Ensure continuous improvement of processes
• Attention to detail and communication abilities
• Basic phone calls, emails manners required
• All other duties as assigned.

Required/Preferred Skills:

• Certificate in Nitec/Diploma in Accounting or other relevant certificate
• PC literate with Microsoft Excel and Xero accounting software
• Basic accounting principles and key finance terms
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to work both independently and / or within a team environment

Responsibilities:

✅ Assist chefs during cooking and meal preparation.
✅ Keep kitchen areas clean and organized.
✅ Wash and sanitize utensils, tools, and surfaces.
✅ Maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed.
✅ Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
✅ Support in plating and presenting dishes.

Requirements:
✔️ Prior experience in a kitchen or food prep role is a plus.
✔️ Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✔️ Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
✔️ Good physical stamina for standing and working long hours.
