This position requires a SuccessFactors professional who can design, implement and deploy SuccessFactors human resources solutions for Employee Central, Employee Central Timeoff, Learning Management and Reporting. Knowledge of other modules like Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals Management, CPI and Concur.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Management: Lead or assist in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to gather and document HR requirements
• Configuration: Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with client-specific HR processes and policies

Job Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant experiences with 2 SuccessFactors SDLC implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system configuration, HR processes/workflow, local/global statutory reporting and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities
