• Handle general office administration, including answering calls, distributing mail, and updating phone and email directories.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or relevant discipline
• Fresh school leavers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eager to learn, adapt, and work in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive and can work independent
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice is highly preferred.

Other Information

• 5 day work week, Monday to Friday, (8.00am - 5.30pm)
• Transport provided to and from Jurong East
