Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise new erections, additions, and alterations (A&A) to existing buildings, including earth retaining and stabilizing systems, as well as specialist designs for demolition works.
• Plan and implement the project, ensuring all construction activities on-site align with the master and detailed work programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Scope

• Manage the day-to-day operation of AV and VC systems for both virtual and in-person events.
• Plan and coordinate schedules for multiple events (including multi-day events), ensuring all setup and testing are completed at least 30 minutes prior to the event start.
• Oversee the maintenance and operational readiness of AV and VC systems by performing predictive and preventive maintenance, including daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspections.
• Generate and submit weekly reports detailing maintenance checks for documentation and review.
• Monitor and respond to service requests, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions for any equipment failures, breakdowns, or faults identified during routine checks, servicing, or maintenance.
• Maintain an organized asset inventory, including proper labelling, along with detailed problem and incident reports.
• Ensure timely updates to engineering system information databases, such as drawings, operation manuals, and maintenance documents.
• Coordinate and oversee the resolution of AV and VC system defects, including maintenance, replacements, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with audio-visual equipment providers and cleaning contractors to set up meeting venues, including seating arrangements and equipment placement.
• Perform any additional AV and VC system tasks or related duties as needed based on operational requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in operating, maintaining, and managing AV equipment and facilities.
• We welcome those with a minimum of a NITEC/Higher NITEC in Facility Management or Mechanical and Electrical Services or equivalent.
• Proven experience in broadcasting and live production, or in AV and VC operations and maintenance, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of equipment (such as cameras, video switchers, lighting, and sound) required for professional video production and live streaming.
• Hands-on experience with filming equipment and studio production, including work on production sets or as part of a production team.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

Job Description

Administrative Matters

• Prepare inventory listing of the pastry & production team and submit to the Account Department
• Maintain pending GRN Invoice on the Procurement System
• Vet through orders for the Production Team from the restaurants and ensure request are categorized accordingly
• Prepare petty cash claims
• Any other adhoc administrative duties as required

Logistics-related Matters

• Ensure food tags, menu cards and time stamp are printed before food delivery
• Ensure stock check is conducted and items below par level are submitted for order
• Checking of the Sales Order System and ensure function orders are printed out for the drivers and kitchen team
• Booking of delivery drivers for adhoc deliveries

Certification-related Matters
