Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform Human Resource tasks, duties, and general admin roles.
• Handle staff onboarding and offboarding process end-to-end cycle together with Talent Acquisition Executives.
• Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee records, i.e. transfer, promotion, resignation, unpaid leaves, shift codes etc.
• Upkeep and maintenance of employees’ personnel files.
• Responsible for company insurance renewal and claims.
• Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and company events as required.
• Assist in implementing and handling staff performance management, appraisal, etc.
• Handle staff incentive calculation and verification, etc.
• Handle all workpass applications, renewal, cancellations, booking air tickets and levy matters, etc.
• Update employee data and information on the government’s website, e,g., MOM.
• Submission of documents according to government’s requirements.
• Implement staff engagement activities and keep track of the outcome and effectiveness and outcome.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with min 2 years of working experience in HR.

Technical Project Manager (PEGA)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the overall engagement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end delivery of minimum 2-3 applications, good client communication skills, stakeholder management ability. Have good technical knowledge in Pega with the ability to take Architectural decisions and solutioning. Additionally, domain experience in Airlines is good to have. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving techno-functional excellence and ensuring successful project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Managing the overall project delivery and ensure delivery schedule is adhered

. Have more thank 8+ years experience in similar capacity

· Prepare delivery schedule, effort and cost based on the client requirements and provide walkthrough to the client on the same

· Project Manager will be liable to achieve client sign-off on schedule, effort and cost presented

· Providing weekly status reports to stakeholders

The Project Manager / Process Engineer will assume responsibility for the project management of NPC and its affiliates projects, inclusive of engineering, testing, delivery and the main point of contact for our customers. The Project Manager / Process Engineer is highly organized and can apply learned engineering principles to this role.

Responsible for all phases of a customer's project, including:

• Support for budget/quotation phase
• Contract review of orders received against quotations
• Delivery of all project relevant documents (i.e. P&IDs, GAs, Electrical and Software, Commissioning and Qualification, etc)
• Presentation of technical solutions to customer
• Timely project communication internally as well as with customers
• Pre-FAT, FAT and SAT activities
• Documentation for turn over packages (TOP)
• Final customer acceptance
• Responsible for achieving key performance indicators (Within Specification, On-Time, and Within Budget)
• Establish and manage project schedule, budgeting and milestones
• Coordinate and utilize resources
• Manage and submit project documentation and stakeholder presentations.
• Apply risk management principles to identify, mitigate, or present options for resolution to issues that impact quality, delivery or budget of the project.
• Prepare and present progress and budget reports to project management managers, and project team (internal)
• Ensure designs will meet customer specifications
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate for project close out

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or related field; graduate degrees in business preferred.
• Previous experience in engineering or project management within the life sciences area, performing equipment testing are (FAT, SAT, commissioning and qualification) preferred.
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of project management software (MS Project, Primavera,etc)
• At least 3 years of industrial experience (biotechnology and pharma) in an engineering role.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese to communicate to Taiwan counterpart
• Willing to be posted to Taiwan.

Contract Period: 12 months, subject to renewal based on performance.
