Responsible to lead a team of M&E personnels.

Acquire approval scope of works and ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements.

Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction M&E works process.

In-depth understanding of project specifications, technical details and construction drawings.

Monitor and ensure that site progress is in accordance with the master program with no delay in works and proper work sequencing.

Attend site meetings with the client and all sub-contractors to review project progress.

Monitor and report project details including progress, risks and resolve MEP-related issues in a timely manner.

Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all project personnel.

Lead and supervise project personnel on site to ensure construction activities are carry out effectively and timely.

Assist to the Project Director and any other job-related ad hoc duties.

Understand and be competent with professional practice and contract administration processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with 3 years in a managerial role
• Diploma/Degree in F&B / Hospitality or equivalent qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to and assist Assistant Operations Director with the entire Banquet operations

• Required to implement and recommend operation plans to improve work processes and service quality for the organization
• Coordinate with sales person on customer’s order
• Liaise with customer during on-site setup requirement
• Organise set-up & clean-up after each event
• Inventory control for banquet equipment
• Understanding with and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
• Assist in the development and review of operation plans to improve work procedures and quality service delivery
• Review daily reports for submission to management
• Check and maintain equipment and/or technologies and supplies
• Maintain stock of supplies of materials and equipment
• Identify and recommend suitable equipment and/or technologies to improve daily operations
• Implement maintenance schedules for tools and equipment
• Facilitate planning of work schedules and deployment of manpower
• Report and update on major incidents and emergencies to the management
• Onboarding of new Part-Timers and submission of the documentation to the HR Department
• Submission of Rosters, Overtime Claims and Part Time salary claims on the Attendance Management System
• Submission of leave applications of the employees onto the Leave System
• Ensure stock check is conducted and items below par level are submitted for order
• Perform any other duties assigned by Assistant Operations Director

Job Resoibsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships and act as primary fund administration client relationship manager for fund accounting and other related services
• Be actively involved in business development to pitch for new client engagements
• Set up the fund administrative services workflow and best practices, including evaluation of any fund accounting software where necessary
• To handle all fund accounting activities which includes periodic financial statements, partner allocations, NAV calculations, annual reporting requirement, and capital activity statements etc
• Assist in investor reporting, partner capital account statements, capital calls, distribution, equalization notices and client reporting are prepared and disseminated correctly
• To provide support in multiple asset classes and funds
• Develop strong business relationships with both internal and external stakeholder including fund managers, investors, auditors, tax agents etc
• Other ah-hoc administrative duties

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, CA or professional qualifications
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience (preferably in fund houses and fund administrators)
• Strong knowledge of report standards including IFRS, SFRS and RAP 7.
• Positive attitude with great communication skills, meticulous, analytical and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Individuals who are detail-oriented, comfortable and meticulous to figures and driven to meet deadlines.
