The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, HR Systems and Analytics is responsible for the implementation, support and maintenance of THKMC's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), services, and applications. This role will also provide actionable insights through people analytics and execute strategies and governance on employee data management.

System and Project Management

• Manage the HRIS implementations, process improvements and system enhancements for core HR processes
