Key Responsibilities

The Human Resource (HR) & Admin Assistant will support the HR & Admin Manager in a variety of personnel-related administrative duties and providing HR services to the business. The individual works independently with dedication and has a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines. • Regularly update and ensure accurate maintenance of employee database, p-files and other HR-related information
• Assist on the necessary for a smooth onboarding for new hires including preparing workstation, stationery, uniforms and PPE if applicable, etc
• Provide administrative support for work pass applications/ renewals/ cancellations
• Put up and maintain job postings on various platforms
• Take on the role of training coordinator and administer training for employees, such as following up on course approval, registration, after-training evaluation, etc and maintain up-to-date training forms/ records
• Take on the role of approver and ensure drivers’ trip claims are correct prior to approving them

Minimum Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and/or local labour legislation
