Job Description - Administration (50% Weightage)

• Support day-to-day administrative duties.
• Data entry, reporting and invoicing
• Report Uploading
• Answering phone calls and taking appointment bookings and etc
• Customer service support

Job Description - Human Resource (50% Weightage)

• Asisst with all facets of recruitment (Screen, Shortlist, Interview)
• Manpower & Resource planning of regular pool Part-timers
• Support HR related admin functions

Job Requirements -

• Strong office administrative skills
• Prior HR experience will be a strong advantage
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Min GCE A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
• Fluent in English (Conversational and Written)
• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel
