Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential food delivery restaurant partners, business opportunities, and new markets.
• Client Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to foster business growth. Work with partners closely to manage partner onboarding and assist with post sales.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and meet revenue targets.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales approaches.

Qualifications:

Key Account Supervisor [After Sales Service]

• Salary: $3000 - 4000
• Working Days: 5 days , 8– 5.15pm

Job Description

Overview for the role:

Provide back-end operational support, assist the Account Manager in managing/maintaining customer relationships; daily schedules of technicians; follow up with necessary logistics and procurement; and conduct product training for technicians and Customers.

Operational Support:

• Coordinates, prioritizes, and resolves issues encountered by the team.
• Optimizes the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment, and energy of the team.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Escalates critical/complex issues that will impact the business and manage quality issues.
• Contacts customer & Dealers/Distributors, collects feedback, and establishes and maintains good relationship with customers, Dealers/Distributors.
• Responds to key customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans.

Financial Oversight:

• Forecast, monitor, and document financial performance against plan.
• Manage end-end aftersales service delivery and account receivable through Microsoft Business Central.

Team Management:

• Recruit, interview, hire and train technicians as required to meet workload demands, and company or customer expectations and requirements.
• Manage a team of service technicians direct reports, and a few in-house subcontractors.

Logistics and Procurement:

• Manage parts, materials and tools procurement, and logistics scheduled maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls.
• Engage in end-end process with subcontractors, from quotations comparison to site deliverables to invoice.

Contract Management:

• Responsible for contract renewals and simple repair quotations process.

Health, Safety, and Compliance:

• Drive EH&S initiatives, create EHS awareness and monitor compliance

Performance Metrics:

• Responsible for KPIs such as productivity, field expenses, Aftermarket Service Sales revenue/margins

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Min 3 Years of experience in a similar supervisory role within Aftermarket Service Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central or similar tools.
• Understanding of EH&S standards and practices is a plus for the role.
