Job Scope:

• Ensure the cleanliness of pantry, utility areas and meeting rooms items. This includes, but not restricted to:

i. Wash up cups, plates and cutlery including washing of teacup sets etc..

iii. Proficient in preparing and serving hot food/beverages for the Senior Management or Board’s meetings.

iv. To buy lunch/refreshments for the meeting when required which she/he will be reimbursed.

v. Reinstate the room to its original layout after meetings.

vi. Remove and wash all utensils and kitchenware in the meeting rooms, pantry, and collaboration areas; and

vii. Conduct daily checks of state of all the meeting rooms, pantry, and utility areas to ensure that the aircon, lights, projects, furniture, clock, stationery, coffee machines, vending machines, printer and other non-IT items are in order. Report to Officer in Charge on any faulty or missing items. At the end of the day, ensure that the lights and projectors are switched off before they go off and perform other duties assigned.

viii. To report all faults to Officer in charge upon detection through the fault reporting channels. Some examples of faults include leaking or choking water fixtures, overflowing litter bins, presence of spillage etc.

• Attend to VIP official functions such as lunches, tea receptions, etc, donning proper attire such as black coat and pants. The tasks would include, but not restricted to:

i. Setup/layout of room.

ii. Prepare and serve food/beverages.

iii. Serve catered food;

iv. Reinstate the room to its original layout after events; and

v. Remove and wash all utensils and kitchenware.

• Update monthly and weekly reports:
• Financial (billing of the operation, monitor deviations & improve reliability, support customer on cost controlling request)
• Operational (KPI, improvement of reporting accuracy, reporting of productivity, consistency)
• Improve these reports
• Automation
• Delegation to operations once they are easy-to-play solution
• Follow-up on customers ad-hoc requests (data inconsistency, new reports’ needs, spot analysis)
• Take part of the continuous improvement actions
• Warehouse Management System improvements
• Global program of lead-time reduction
• Global program of efficiency improvement (5S, lean management)

Requirements

• Bachelor/Master of Science in Supply Chain Management
• Strong in data crunching and analysis
• Excellent command of Excel and Access, SQL queries and database management structure
• Basic knowledge in lean management, Six Sigma, 5S
• Good communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities

· Supervision of workers and subcontractors on daily site activities

. Able to work in construction site working environment

. Carry out any other ad-hoc project,assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned

· Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time

· Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping

· Ensure safety matters on site and qualityof completed works

· Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition

· Supervise site electrical installation.

· Confirm progress reports, monitor project activities

· Raise purchase requisition

· Liaise with Project Manager

· Prepare documents for electrical testing

· Rectify and repair electrical issues at site

· Prepare and submit tender quotations

· Submit progress claims, monitor project activities

· Project planning, execute resource management and control

· Co-ordinate with sub-contractors,suppliers and Consultants for BuildingConstruction

Electrical Works

· Arrange and monitor work progress

· Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time

delivery

. Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.

. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.

. Ability to keep track of multiple projects.

. Good technical competency.

. Carry out the electrical cabling works, tray & trunking works with installation.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Head Chef will be responsible for managing all kitchen operations, ensuring top standards of food quality, creativity, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional culinary abilities, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Enforcement of Health and Hygiene Standards:

• Maintain strict adherence to health and hygiene regulations in all kitchen activities.
• Lead by example in promoting cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety among kitchen staff.

Food Preparation and Presentation:

• Oversee the plating and presentation of food items per established standards and recipes.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and are visually appealing.

Quality Control and Inventory Management:

• Supervise the receiving of deliveries and inspect incoming items to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor food quality during cooking, addressing issues promptly to maintain consistency and excellence.
• Implement portion control measures and monitor waste to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.

Menu Development and Planning:

• Collaborate with management and culinary team in designing menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, trends, and guest preferences.
• Offer suggestions and creative ideas to enhance kitchen performance and dining experience.

Staff Management and Training:

• Schedule staff shifts and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure smooth service and efficient workflow.
• Provide training and mentorship to kitchen staff, ensuring proficiency in culinary techniques, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Foster a positive work environment, motivating staff and promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Problem Solving and Leadership:

• Proactively address any issues or challenges in the kitchen, demonstrating effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Assume control of kitchen operations during busy periods or in the absence of senior management, ensuring seamless service execution.

Menu Planning and Inventory Management:

• Assist in menu planning and development, offering input and expertise to create innovative and appealing dishes.
• Manage inventory levels and supplies, ensuring adequate stock while minimizing waste and spoilage.

Responsibilities:

• To conduct quality check of product, boards and panels (ie. 1st Article Check)
• Adhere to Work-Station-Instruction Procedures
• Responsible to fill out proper documentation
• Responsible for maintaining Good Discipline and Housekeeping
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Start ASAP and able to commit 3 months
• Comfortable with a repetitive scope / structured working environment/ systematic pattern of working
• Can choose either shifts - Monday to Friday / Work hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm OR Monday to Friday/ Work hours: 10am – 8pm

Job Description:

➤ Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice.
➤ Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
➤ Prepare and maintain relevant food safety records.
➤ Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to Companies and Governments’ regulatory standards.
➤ Assist in monitoring production processes to maintain quality control and food safety guidelines.
➤ Assist in customers’ feedback and discuss with relevant departments on the corrective and preventive actions required.
➤ Assist in internal/ external and regulatory audits.
➤ Assist with maintaining quality documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
➤ Ensure sanitation practices and pest control system are in place at all times.
➤ Work closely with production staff to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
➤ Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

➤ Minimum Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelors’ Degree in Food Science/ Technology.
➤ Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a QA/ QC role in Food Manufacturing industry would be preferred.
➤ Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
➤ Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
➤ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
➤ Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking production staffs and associates.
