• Maintain and update standard operating procedures for the procurement department to ensure consistent workflow processes.
• Develop and negotiate favorable supply agreements with suppliers to optimize procurement processes.
• Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to establish efficient supply chain models with minimal inventory holdings.
• Work with engineering and warehouse departments to ensure adherence to quality standards for supplied items.
• Provide the sales department with periodic quotation templates for standard products and generate quotations based on customer requirements.
• Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma holders should have at least 2 years of experience in sourcing components and fabrication parts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely and accurate HR related payment / reimbursement / manpower billing / honorarium processing
• Ensure that the assigned service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met
• Execute the HR processing and ensure the services are delivered accordingly
• Propose appropriate improvements for work processes to raise the overall employee experience and efficiency
• Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or a business-related field
• *Payroll experience is highly preferred!
• Open to entry-level applicants, with 1-2 years of relevant HR experience preferred
