Main Responsibilities:

• Focused on the High Tech and clean/renewable energy OEM market, semiconductor and healthcare sectors.
• Work in conjunction with the Head of APAC to develop and maximize all opportunities for the company in the region/markets sectors.
• Identify, evaluate and develop relationships with key end users and business partners who will contribute to the overall success of the industry segment strategy in the region
• Manage all projects in the region for the company brands and ensure all projects are coordinated and followed up with the relevant end users, EPC contractors, OEM contract manufacturers and distributors within the territory.
• Maintain and develop route to market for brands via channel distribution, EPC contractors and OEM’s.
• Provide training and support to end users, EPC contractors and distributors within the territory to sustain and develop their knowledge of our brands including any in house training that may be required.
• Gather and communicate market trend and strategies in the territory.
• Liaise with sales personnel and businesses in other regions as and when required.
• Inform the product, management and; technical team on various requirements within the range of product/system including and not restricted to competitor activity, market demands and requirement and any potential installation changes as issued by end users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferably engineering; with specialization in Sales and Marketing or equivalent experience within a similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the electrical industry, with a focus on Electrical Wiring Devices preferred.
• Regional experience in Asia is necessary.
• Familiarity with the Asian market dynamics and customer preferences in the electrical sector.
• Experience in Structured Cabling sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and enhance HR operations with a primary focus on talent acquisition. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong expertise in process optimization, recruitment operations, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR leadership and recruitment teams to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations ManagementOversee and optimize HR operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with local regulations.
   Manage HR systems and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS, to support recruitment and overall HR operations.
   Ensure all HR and recruitment policies, processes, and workflows are standardized, efficient, and scalable.
   
2. Talent Acquisition OperationsLead and manage the operational aspects of the talent acquisition process, from requisition to onboarding.
   Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment workflows.
   Manage relationships with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies and background check providers.
   
3. Data & ReportingCreate and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor recruitment metrics, HR operations KPIs, and workforce trends.
   Analyze hiring data (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire) to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
   Ensure data integrity across all HR and recruitment systems.
   
4. Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with HR, recruitment, and business leaders to align talent acquisition operations with organizational goals.
   Act as a subject matter expert for operational best practices and provide guidance to HR and TA teams.
   Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure recruitment processes meet all regulatory requirements.
   
5. Process Improvement & AutomationIdentify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive tasks within the recruitment and HR operations workflow.
   Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance candidate and employee experiences.
   
6. Team LeadershipSupervise and mentor team members within the HR operations and talent acquisition functions.
   Provide training and guidance on process compliance, systems usage, and operational best practices.
   

Requirements

• Experience:Minimum 8 years in HR operations, with at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations or related roles.
  Proven track record of managing HR systems and implementing process improvements.
  
• Skills:Expertise in ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and data reporting tools.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
