The Youth Care Worker is responsible with delivering trauma-informed care, supervision, and management to female adolescents who have faced abuse or neglect. Focused on enhancing wellness and quality of life, the Youth Care Worker ensures that the residents' basic personal, physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs are comprehensively addressed.

Responsibilities：

• Carry out the daily operational duties and supervise residents in their regular activities
• Assist residents with any difficulties related to day-to-day issues at Dayspring Residential Treatment Centre and ensure their welfare and safety
• Promote discipline among the residents and be a mentor/role model to them
• Assess, respond and handle crises or conflicts
• Carry out individual therapeutic interventions based on care plans by treatment team
• Participate in providing physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents

Requirement：

Youth Mentors are required to work with young beneficiaries with complex trauma

• With experience in working with youth at-risk
• With basic processing and counselling skills
• With knowledge of common issues and disorders that appears in trauma and abuse
• Willing to work on 3-shift rotations and over weekend/Public Holidays

• Salary: $2800 - $3300 + OT + AWS + Incentives + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Kitchen Supervision: Oversee and coordinate junior kitchen staff, ensuring they follow procedures and maintain cleanliness.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage inventory to ensure ingredients are fresh and available.
• Menu Development: Assist in creating new dishes and updating the menu to keep it current and appealing.
• Quality Control: Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's standards for taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to and enforce food safety and sanitation regulations within the kitchen.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and efficient service.

Working Location:

Work Timing:

1. 5 days, $ 1700
   Monday - Friday - Rotation Shifts: 7am - 2pm / 8am - 3pm / 9am - 4pm
2. 4 days, $ 1300
   Monday - Thursday - Rotation Shifts: 7am - 2pm / 8am - 3pm / 9am - 4pm
3. 2 days, $ 1300
   Saturday - Sunday - Rotation Shifts: 8am - 8pm / 10am - 10pm (For this, we will start from next year February and will be different address)

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations according to SOP
• Provide friendly customer service
• Plating food for counter service
• Cooking and mixing rice
• Kitchen preparation work and mise en place
• Stock-taking
• Replenishing required ingredients
• Cleaning and washing all used service / kitchen tools, equipment and workstations
• Sweeping and mopping

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Salary: $2,200, have OT

Responsibilities:

• The driver is responsible for the daily delivery/collection islandwide
• Loading, unloading, transportations & delivery items to clients or business in a safe & timely manner
• Collect and verify delivery instructions.
• Adhere to safety requirement while on the job
• Other adhoc duties

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 Driving license
• Vehicle can not drive back
