Responsibilities (Work Scope):

• Develop and implement SCCC’s programmes and be accountable for delivering project deliverables that are in line with established SCCC strategic priorities and programming pillars. • Ensure proper record-keeping of information, documents, data collation of participation figures, feedback and survey results for assigned projects.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties, such as data collation and maintaining of databases, as assigned by Director (Programmes) and Assistant Director (Programmes), SCCC.

Requirements:

• A degree in Arts Management, Humanities, Chinese Studies or Communications.
• Minimum of at least 3 years of relevant work experience in the arts or cultural sector, and/or programme and events management. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply;
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with strong proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and translation of text into Mandarin;
• Has passion and strong interest in Chinese arts, culture and heritage;
• Experience in managing stakeholders would be preferred;
• Knowledge and experience in working with youths, young parents and/or seniors would be an advantage;
• Meticulous, good with details, resourceful, fast-learner, able to multi-task and handle all aspects of project/programmes management;
