As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's human resources functions. THE JOB:

• Perform the full employee cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer and execute a full spectrum of HR processes including compliance with statutory regulations, salary administration, employee movements - (transfers, promotion, confirmation, resignation) processes, employee benefits, and any such activities.
• Prepare and process overall payroll ensuring that salary is paid timely and accurately (commission, incentive, allowance, reimbursement).

• Support HR projects and take the initiative for the HR process.
• Handle Foreign staff management which includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical checkups, insurance plans, staff welfare, and managing Government portals related to foreign employment.
• Resolving employee grievances by counseling employees and supervisors.
• Manage Group Employee Insurance plan by updating staff movement.
• Prepares statistics for all government surveys and questionnaires.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage our company's payroll, timesheet, attendance, and leave management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR generalist functions, particularly with payroll administration, employee time tracking, attendance monitoring, and leave management processes. *Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:*

Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Attendance Monitoring:

Leave Management:
