Jobs Description:

• Assist superior in handling and managing a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial agent services
• Handling client acceptance and compliance checks such as CDD
• Assist in conversion of XBRL
• Assist in company incorporation, registration of branches, representative offices, striking-off of companies and other ongoing corporate secretarial matters
• Assist in preparing directors' and shareholders’ minutes of meetings and resolutions for specific transaction
• Filing of returns and statutory information using ACRA Bizfile
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
• Assist in timely billing and collection
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as requested by the superior from time to time.

Requirement:

• A diploma or degree in Business Administration, ICSA, LLB, or other relevant qualifications.
• At least 1 year of experience in handling corporate secretarial work with any corporate service provider is desirable.
• The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle clients professionally. He/She must be a team player with a positive work attitude, capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work independently, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.Positive, organised, meticulous, good time management and good team player.

As a Customer Services Agent, you will provide a consistent high-quality service to customers at any designated area (check-in counters, boarding gates, transfer desk, special handling). As a Customer Services Agent, you will a brand ambassador and always display professional behaviour. You will work in shifts to accommodate round-the-clock flight arrivals and departures.

In this role, you will:

• Display excellent customer service skills, teamwork and understanding to achieve customer satisfaction,
• Ensure excellent discipline and grooming standards are always displayed while on duty,
• Verify information on travel documents, passports and/or visas,
• Ensure that the handling requirements of the various categories of passengers (e.g. unaccompanied minors, young passengers, elderly and passengers with special needs etc.) have been met and that special services and facilities are provided,
• Assist customers with issues regarding to automated check-in systems,
• Ensure effective communication with the passengers and the senior management and update if any flight or service delays are anticipated,
• Follow the safety and security standards in the workplace,
• Identify and report breaches of safety and security standards in the workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below criteria:

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Previous customer service experience preferred

Location: CBD

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Assist dentists in dental treatments and other team members in preparing and organizing patient treatment rooms
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the reception and clinical areas
• Provide general assistance and support for day-to-day operations as needed

Qualifications
