3. Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:

• Stay updated on beauty products and techniques being taught during sessions.
• Assist with product demonstrations, showing proper application methods, techniques, or new trends.

4. Administrative Support:

• Assist with registration and check-in processes for participants.
• Help maintain records of trained individuals, their certifications, and feedback.
• Prepare reports after each training session to analyse effectiveness and areas of improvement.

5. Social Media and Marketing:

• Help with documenting the training sessions through photos or videos for social media promotion to marketing team.
• Work closely with M Aesthetic Institute Customer Service in promoting upcoming training sessions to candidates.

6. Networking and Relationship Building:

• Engage with beauty professionals and other industry experts to build a network of contacts.
• Represent the beauty brand or trainer in a professional manner during interactions with trainees or at events.
• To perform any other assigned job duties as per assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• With minimum 2 years of experience and strong knowledge of beauty trends, products, and techniques.
• Certified by CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, WSQ ACTA Full Certificate, WSQ SOA or any other relevant qualifications in beauty and aesthetic.
• Must be available and willing to travel monthly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management and organizational skills to balance travel and administrative duties.
• A strong interest in the beauty industry and helping others improve their skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate well with clients
• Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Prior experience in beauty, cosmetology, or beauty education is a plus.
