· Supports team by performing tasks related to organization

· Promptly receive and screen incoming calls and emails in a professional manner, providing appropriate responses and delivering messages when necessary

Perform wide variety of administration duties including but not limited to all reception duties, office registration, greeting visitors to the office, distribution of mail and couriers, printing, binding, filing documents as required, ordering stationery and office supplies. Coordination of various internal events.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables, and meat.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning work surfaces, and sweeping floors.

• Assist Main chef with basic cooking tasks, such as boiling, frying, and sauce preparation.

• Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly and report any issues for repair.

• Manage inventory of ingredients and kitchen supplies, ensuring freshness and availability.

• Assist in plating and presenting dishes during busy periods.

• Adhere to kitchen safety and hygiene standards to prevent accidents and food contamination.
