As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organisation and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations of the group, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

At least 3 years experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.

Proficient in financial software. Knowledge of Quickbooks is highly desirable.

As a Duty Manager, you will be tasked to:

Assist associates with expediting payments. Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in (i.e., sharewiths, separate room/tax/incidentals, comp). 4. Update QSMS software with observations / operator’s comments for inspection / audits.
5. Open or close drill / training reports from the vessel in the QSMS software.
6. Prepare documents / charterer’s questionnaire as required by the Superintendent.
7. Process marine related invoice (SIRE / CDI / Class audits / VRP / SMFF / GNS / Milbros, etc. in BASS system.
8. Assist CSO in security related records and documentation.
9. Assist in marine filing / new take over vessel documentation.
10. Assist DPA, ADPA, ACCM and vetting manager in updating various marine safety related files, documentation, formatting of word /excel / PPT docs.
11. Back up for marine executive/assistant manager job during his / her absence.
12. Others – As required by the Marine Safety or Operations Superintendent / Managers / Deputy Directors.
