You will assist the nursing staff in administrative duties, basic nursing care and infection control practices for an assigned group of patients. You will perform housekeeping duties, which includes ensuring a clean and tidy ward environment, as well as the maintenance of the ward inventory.

• GCE “N” Level
• A recognized Certificate in Health Care (Inpatient)
• Comfortable with shift work (3-rotating shift) and open to deployment within 2 work sites under SingHealth Community Hospitals

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to the Director of the company.
• Manage day to day agendas, calendars, coordinate and schedule appointments, internal and external business/Zoom meetings,
• Communicate, follow-up and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Handle all travel arrangements – flight/train bookings, hotel accommodation, visa applications if required
• Travel support for senior executives/events whenever necessary
• Assist the Director with project management and deliverable execution ensuring deadlines are met
• Managing credit card expenses, claims and liaising with banks on behalf
• Support Editorial team in the daily operations
• Work with Editorial, Art and Digital teams to help source and organize visual assets and press materials
• Monitor and ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met
• Liaise with brand partners and other external parties on PR requests and/or events coordination
• Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Run errands and provide support where required
• Any other tasks, projects and/or confidential matters as entrusted.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree holders preferred
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field
• Strong interpersonal, organization and problem solving skills
• Diligent, systematic and meticulous
• A team player with high level of integrity, responsibility and trustworthiness
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
