• Ensure all planning, activities, tracking and reporting is carried out in an accurate and timely manner.
• Look into and address customer complaints and issues for sales department related cases.

Requirements

Sales Leadership

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets consistently.
• Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that enhance conversion rates and drive in-store and online revenue growth.
• Act as a hands-on motivator, fostering a positive and high-performing sales culture through guidance, training, and recognition.

Marketing Alignment & Direction

• Collaborate with the global marketing team in Bali to ensure cohesive strategies across all regions.
• Guide and oversee Singapore’s marketing efforts, aligning them with the overall vision and plans for 2025.
• Identify opportunities to bridge communication between marketing and sales teams for seamless execution of campaigns and promotions.

Operational Oversight

• Ensure a superior customer experience by upholding high service standards and creating an inviting retail environment through effective visual merchandising.

Looking for Inbound Operations Manager incharge of making quotations, overseeing product development and purchasing of attraction tickets, hotels and restaurants. Candidate need to have experience in managinga team of 5 or more people, preferbly with more than 5 years experince in Inbound operations fo the Vietnamese market. Will report to Inbound director. Ability to communicate in Vietnamese would be an advantage though not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily operations of Margaret Drive Outlet.

• Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations both service & kitchen.

• Maintain update records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses

• Develop optimum operational plans for outlet.

• Utilizes and plan labour effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality of service.

• Ensure that all staff provide and delivery service with standard. Handle any dispute with any customer or staff issues which arise during operation hours.

• Create and maintain Standard Operations and Procedures (SOP) for the F&B business, including F&B administration and food safety and hygiene practices.

• Handle and oversee staff record, monthly sales submit reports, handling all supplies invoices & Tally staffs over time and payroll.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of business similar managerial experience, ideally in Café, Bar, Bistro casual environment

• Experience of managing department budgets, stocks and cost control

• Computer literate and with decision making skills

• Leadership quality to motivating staff relations and good customer service skill.

• Able to facilitate and orchestrate resources cross functionally to support business development activities

• Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
