Position Summary:

• Responsible to work as a Project Manager. Overall responsibility for the project in all aspects including the overall quality, schedule, cost, HSE and human relations amongst the team members. Major proposals are considered as a specific type of project. The Project Manager is the chief representative of Worley to the Client for information or decision relative to the assigned project.

Technical/Functional Responsibilities:

• Acts as "hands on" manager in a complex network of interrelated activities necessary to move technical and engineering information forward to complete the design, construction and initial operation of the required facilities

• Is sole representative of Worley towards the Client
• Reviews all Client's requests for changes
• Approves all proposed contract variations (Client changes: on Client's request or identified) before submittal and negotiates payment with Client

Requirements:

• VCA basic HSE training (or equivalent) and VCA leading HSE training (or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience in engineering & contracting of which 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with at least a recent EPC contract

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Possess CEI (KAH) or CEI (Basic)
• Familiar with WPOL & EPOL and other MOM’s Online Portal
• Responsible, Hardworking and Able To Work Independently

Job description

• Responsible in receiving & despatching goods.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies.
• Perform other stock-related duties, such as returning, packing, pricing, labelling supplies and and making minor repairs.
• Responsible for preparing Booking Confirmations, Air Way Bills, Delivery Notes, Permits, etc.
• Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements & others

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook.
• Working Location at 29 Media Circle, Alice@Mediapolis. Free shuttle buses connect passangers between One-North & Buona Vista MRT Stations.

Responsibilities

• Drives sustainable annual growth of service business.
• Supports field service engineers in resolving technical issues, workflow enhancement and career growth.
• Improves quality of service operations and delivery.
• Supervises service jobs, monitors service contract take-up rate, analyzes market trends and customer feedback to make strategic decisions.
• Enforces service team's faithful adherence to quality protocols, observance of local and international regulations.

Daily operations include:

• Builds positive team engagement to align with corporate objectives.
• Identifies and assigns team members for upskilling or other skill developments which are required in the jobs.
• Assists scheduling and job assignments to engineers, ensuring optimized deployment of resources according to each month's requirements.
• Highlights significant technical issues for the attention of the management.
• Motivates service team members to encourage customers to sign up for service contracts.
• Prepares and submits monthly reports for revenue, operations and technical matters to the management.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in engineering / chemistry / science.
• At least 2 years of experience in leadership/manager roles with direct subordinates. Familiar with performance appraisal and evaluation for promotion.
• Good hands-on attitude with track record in positive customer feedback.
• Good at managing team dynamics and operational challenges, able to resolve issues without escalation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in situational reporting in English.
• Able to perform data analysis using Excel Pivot / Power BI to make strategic decisions.
• Possesses a logical thinking approach to analyze technical issues, be proactive and diligent in resolving challenges.
• Embraces (KAIZEN) philosophy with a strong desire to always improve work processes and decisive in execution.
