Using samples from multiple marine species that have been collected along an approximate 6000km east to west transect from Sumatra to Papua New Guinea, the candidate will work on a project that seeks to explain why the marine ecosystems of the Coral Triangle are so biologically diverse, what facilitates and what restricts gene flow in the region, and finally, how can this information be used to advance marine conservation planning in Southeast Asia.

• DNA extraction, PCR, High-throughput DNA sequencing library preparation (Illumina, PacBio, ONT) and the associated techniques.

Sales Admin Assistant, you will handle daily sales operation tasks.

- Responsible for providing administrative support to the sales representatives

- Perform day to day administrative tasks

- Handle sales enquiries and quotations

- Perform sales order processing and invoicing

- Attend to customer enquiries through daily phone calls, emails and fax

- Coordinate with logistic department on delivery arrangements

- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Scope:

a. Perform soldering of PCBA with microscope;

b. Assist in SMT basic setup (OJT to be provided) e.g., Kitting Process, Tape and Reel Feeder loading, In-Process Checks; and

c. Cleanroom working environment, with donning of ESD apparels such as smock, shoes, hairnet, mask.

Requirements:

a. Basic manual soldering experience, with understanding of electronic and PCB Board, soldering processes;

b. Education level N level and above; and

c. Able to converse and understand assembly instructions written in English.

Training:

a. Training will be provided for successful candidates to perform his/her job scope.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist mechanical and electrical engineers for system assembly, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

2. Carry work assembly and installation according to design requirements, schematics, drawings or working instructions.

3. Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.

Knowledge, skills and experience:

1. NITEC/Diploma in Mechatronics/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic engineering.

2. Knowledge on mechanical and electrical principles.

3. Able to comprehend electrical and electronic schematics and mechanical drawings.

4. Hands-on experience is a must, e.g. soldering, wiring, M&E assemblies, panel wiring, grinding, drilling.

Overview:

In this role, you will be required to support the day-to-day operations of the stall you are assigned to. You will be representing the company, in charge of interacting with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be required to maintain stall cleanliness, handle stall opening and closing, process customers’ orders and respond to customer enquiries. The ideal candidate should have an amiable personality, good communication skills and adopt a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities include:

· Attend to customers and provide advice on products, brand or company related enquiries;

· Process customer’s orders and carry out cashiering duties;

· Upsell promotional products and/or new products to customers;

· Basic food preparation and packing of products;

· Daily maintenance of outlet’s cleanliness and sanitation and adhere to hygiene and safety standards;
