NUHS Regional Health System Office works with internal stakeholders and community partners to develop and implement initiatives to improve population health and promote preventive health. The incumbent will be responsible to drive precinct planning efforts to support the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives to enhance the delivery of community care and improve population health in the Western Region. This is to be achieved in close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.

Job Responsibilities

1. Track progress of Healthy Precinct projects for Western Region, including translation of strategies to implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Develop Healthy Precinct framework elements through close collaboration with respective leads, leading to successful conceptualisation and implementation of elements in the community.
3. Lead in development of Healthy Precincts with internal and external stakeholders; provide data insights and analysis to support implementation of Community Health Plans.
4. Conceptualise and manage pilot projects with internal and community stakeholders to enhance the health ecosystem in the precinct.
5. Undertake any other strategic projects, which may involve working with other departments in RHSO-Ops or other divisions/agencies, including leading and driving Secretariat work for various workgroups.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Assitant to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting and administrative tasks, with a strong skillset in Microsoft Excel, administrative duties, interpersonal skills. He/She must be driven, willing to learn and a team-player.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Account Receivable and Account Payable
• Assisting in book keeping and other basic accounting functions
• Help in implementing ERP system
• Making, receiving, and logging calls
• Answering and taking messages on behalf of the office
• Filing, organising, and archiving physical or digital documents and correspondence
• Issuing receipts and other accounting documents
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  
  
  **Requirements:**

• Handle and coordinates on the incoming and outgoing invoices and delivery orders
• Work with Logistic Assistant to cross check and confirm on the machinery movement for billing
• Perform data entry and ensure on the accuracy
• Maintain appropriate filling of documentations for easier retrieval
• Ensure the practices and procedures meet legal guidelines, and health and safety requirements
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping are maintained to the highest standard

Job Description
