Key Responsibilities

Manage existing product portfolio

• Develop and implement pricing, distribution and promotion strategy.
• Continuously monitor and analyze financial and quality performance of the product portfolio and
• initiate improvements to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate changes of existing products with sales, engineering and customers.
• Track and analyze competitor activities and develop adequate strategies and tactics for local counter measures.
• Provide yearly budgetary input for existing products (Capex) and new product introductions (Capex and paper sales)

Develop and introduce new products

• Research Ranpak and competitor performance, customer and reseller needs, trends etc.
• Identify market trends, needs and segments and prepare / present business cases as input for
• roadmap and NPI prioritization
• Manage NPI process and coordinate alpha and beta testing.
• Prepare, launch and roll out products with all collateral material competitive and training and promotion.

Key Profile

• Bachelor level in marketing, business and/or engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant product management experience in related trade
• Familiar with the indirect business model and distribution channel of paper packaging industry
• Assertive, communicative and outgoing, dynamic and curious
• High cognitive ability
• Innovative attitude and active contributor in developments.

Job Description

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent

Min 8-10 years of relevant local experience in Total Project Management of Mid-large

scale building construction projects.

- Maintaining of Front of House cleanliness

- Preparation of drinks

- Managing inventories

- Ensuring adequate stock level for drinks and desserts

- Customer service management

- Managing service staff including recruitment and training

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team, working closely with the Senior Product Manager on strategic planning, roadmap development, and execution. This role will support product initiatives, ensure alignment with company goals, and contribute to continuous product improvement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional products that drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Product Planning and Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to refine and execute the product roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with market needs and business objectives.
• Feature Definition and Prioritization: Assist in defining, prioritizing, and detailing product features and requirements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• User Research and Feedback Analysis: Work with the Senior Product Manager to gather and analyze user feedback and market research, ensuring insights inform product decisions and enhancements.
• User Experience: Act as the voice of the customer. Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct customer research, and work with design to deliver exceptional user experiences. Continuously improve product features and performance.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives and timely delivery of features.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably as part of a collaborative product team.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing. with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in building product roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering products that meet market needs.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data and customer insights to drive product decisions.
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an event, marketing, or creative agency; or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Event Management, or related field.

• Excellent command of English, with the ability to convey thoughts clearly and succinctly.
