1. Job Description:

· Developing testing & commissioning plans and procedures for SCADA systems

· Conducting site visits to ensure that SCADA systems are installed according to design specifications

· Conducting testing to ensure that the system is functioning safely and efficiently

· Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the commissioning process.

· Lead and develop the respective ownership of all activities pertaining to commissioning which will involve partial oversight of project engineers and site supervisors as it pertains to commissioning scope.

· Ensuring that all systems and components are tested in accordance with project requirements

· Analyzing test results and identifying any issues or deficiencies

· Working closely with system provider / sub-contractor, design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues during testing and commissioning

· Preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including test reports and commissioning records

· Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during testing and commissioning activities

1. Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering and minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in testing & commissioning of SCADA system and building services

Job Title: Project Manager (HDB Project) (ID4641)
Location: : Bedok
Working Hours: Mon – Sat 8.00am-5.00pm, in the month can off 1 sat
Salary: $8000-$10000

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual, client and QEHS requirements.
• Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.
• Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms of QEHS, schedule and cost.
• Define clear roles & responsibilities, and deliverable requirements of team members.
• Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works.
• Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation.
• Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly
• Report to management periodically on status of project in terms of QEHS, cost and schedule.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
• At least 5-8 years of experience in the field of project management
• Possess all the necessary safety compliance certs (CSCPM, etc)
• At least 5 years of experience in a main-contractor company involved in HDB BTO project

• Oversees in the day-to-day leadership and management of an outlet on all aspects of operations in kitchen and services.
• Oversees the quality of food and service and be main point of contact for all guest’s satisfaction matters.
• Be responsible for recruiting and training team on-going basis.
• Be responsible for key financial aspects (Budget vs Actual Sales, Sales Projections & Growth, Inventory management, P & L) and KPI’s (guest experience feedback, team member turnover, mystery shop score, team member engagement survey).
• Proven ability to effectively run both front and back of the house and lead every shift to the Brand standards of quality and service.
• Proactively taking on additional responsibilities where required.
