Summary:

• Basic salary up to $6000
• AWS + Variable bonus
• Location: Orchard (3 minutes walkable from Orchard MRT)
• 5.5 days work week (8.30am - 5.30pm, 9.00am - 1.00pm)
• Women Specialist Clinic

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day clinic operations
• Answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries
• Oversee doctor's schedule and patient appointments to ensure optimal worflow
• Ensure the claims are submitted accurately
• Assist with simple procedures in the treatment room
• Manage clinic resources including medical supplies, equipment and etc
• Provide basic patient care services
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the doctor

Key Requirements:

• 1 year clinic manager experience in a specialised clinical setting
• Proficient in Plato system, and medical claim process
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate effectively with the Mandarin speaking patients

Job Description:

• Report to Project Manager / Head of Planning.
• Involved in all trades coordination during design development and planning stage (Architectural , Structural & MEP.
• Good knowledge of authority requirement / regulations to execute planning works
• Good knowledge of precast , PPVC , PBU and Dfma concepts
• Ability to adapt to digitalised process in construction industry
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with Client/Consultant/Subcon
• Ability to lead a team of Engineers & Coordinators to successfully

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Architectural or Construction Management
• 7-10 years experience in Building Environment
• Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET Basic knowledge of Revit , Autodesk BIM360 , Novade ,Powerapps , Power BI is an added advantage
• Completed min 5 project cycles
• Strong Decision making and leadership skill
