Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee event and exhibition production timelines, ensuring quality deliverables
• Manage logistics, negotiate costs, and ensure high-quality output from external vendors
• Handle pre-event planning, onsite execution, and post-event processes
• Work closely with the design and project teams to ensure smooth internal communication
• Oversee fabrication, setup, and dismantling phases of events and exhibitions
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues during setup and event days
• Coordinate risk assessments, safety regulations, and documentation
• Other relevant duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Min 3 year of experience in production and operations management for big scales events
• Must possess construction, electrical and other technical knowledge
• Proficient in AutoCAD and technical production plans
