RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs administrative work for the Home Personal Care (HPC) service, which may include, but are not limited to the following tasks:

  - Liaises with outsource partners supporting the HPC service, quality assurance, service improvement, monitoring of fulfilment rate, incident reporting and feedback management.

  - Processes the Eligibility Assessment (EA) forms and other relevant documents submitted by clinicians in a timely manner, and submits the materials to the outsource partners to ensure seamless communication.

  - Work closely with outsourced partners to provide patient information and facilitate the scheduling of visits.

  - Contacts HPC clients to address their queries or concerns, including complaints and feedback.

  - Maintains a database of all HPC referrals and admitted HPC clients.

  - Ensures billing reports for partners are accurate before payment.

  - Submits attendance information to the ILTC portal for service subvention claims.

  - Support the Executive in managing and implementing any changes to HPC's service requirements.

• Onboarding and admission of referred clients within service requirement, such as explaining to patient or next-of-kin and completing the following documentation:

  - Service Contract (physical and electronic versions) based on service type (as confirmed with primary nurse/ nurse clinician)

  - Financial counselling estimated fee, payment mode, collection of deposit, various healthcare subsidy scheme e.g. Means Testing, ILTC Drug Subsidy, Seniors Mobility Fund.

  - Consent for the use of Personal Data.

  - Timely and appropriate documentation in electronic medical record system pre-admission module, hardcopy storage, etc

  - Rostering and oversight of HPC staff schedules, fulfilment and performance.

  - Support other administrative services such as home medical, home therapy or home nursing, call centre, referral submission and surgical store when required.

• To undertake any other duties as requested by the said reporting officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide therapy and care support for clients in the senior care centre with instruction from Primary Therapist
2. Perform vital signs assessment and, if necessary, pain score prior and/or post exercises or activities
3. Assist therapist in guiding clients and their next-of-kin/ caregiver:
4. Conduct physical and/or online exercise sessions in adherence to the care plans prescribed by Primary Therapist. This includes stretching, strength training, ROM exercises and application of physical modalities.
5. Conduct maintenance activities which includes physical, recreational and other activities planned by the Therapist or Centre Manager.
6. Work with care staff to surface issues at the Multi-Disciplinary team to meet the needs of the respective patients.
7. Coordinate client's visit schedule using the weekly planner. To inform clients/caregivers on visitation schedule including changes in a timely manner.
8. Perform transfers, and assist in mobility in a safe manner.Perform proper documentation of patients' care/progress notes in a timely and accurate manner.
9. Collect payment fee for home therapy by checking the subsidized status of patient
10. Maintain Inventory for supplies and equipment.

• GCE O or N level
• WSQ Higher Certificate in Healthcare Support (Therapy Support), Certificate in Therapy Services or equivalent

• Monitoring and reporting of company performance (monthly performance analysis report and financial reports against targets)

As the Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and executing targeted direct-to-customer campaigns using our customer value management (CVM) system to trigger digital touchpoints for our residential broadband service.

In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Creative, and Customer Experience, to drive campaign success and achieve specified objectives with a particular focus on providing tailored offers to our existing customer base to either increase average revenue per user or retain customers, decreasing outgoing revenue.

How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success:

• Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop a comprehensive 3-month + 3-month proposed view of campaigns in collaboration with Ecommerce, Product Marketing, and Customer Experience.
• Offer Creation: Collaborate with Ecommerce and Product Marketing to create compelling campaign offers that resonate with the targeted customer base, aiming to increase uptake.
• Channel Optimization: Work closely with the CVM manager to enable channels and customize reach strategies specific to the business and target audience.
• Creative Development: Partner with Marcomms to craft impactful campaign creatives and customer communications tailored for each channel.
• Digital Outreach: Collaborate with Digital and Performance Marketing teams to enable segmented web messaging and digital campaign outreach.
• Continuous Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate campaign metrics post-launch, recommending adjustments as needed to enhance success and revenue outcomes.
• Partner Management: Manage ecommerce partner relationships as required, ensuring product supply consistency, competitive prices and bundles, and alignment with our strategic goals to drive sales performance.
• Revenue Accountability: Take ownership of the revenue outcomes of campaigns launched under the 3+3 calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Job Description & Requirements

Report to the Restaurant Manager or a management staff appointed by the Company

· Support and assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant

· Deputise in the absence of the Managers

· Supervise a team of service crew to ensure the restaurant smooth operation

· Handle cashiering duties and to do banking duties

· Conduct interview for new hires

· Guide and train new / existing Service Crew

· Constantly motivate and cultivate a team spirit

· Maintain utmost service standards and discipline / grooming among the service staff

· Assist in crews’ performance appraisals and confirmation

· Conduct daily check list

· Constantly obtain customer feedback to ensure satisfaction

· Attend to customer complaints (if any)

· Assist Restaurant Manager to monitor labour and F&B costing matters, including bi-monthly stock take

· Adhere to Company’s standard operating procedures

· Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
