The Regional Sales and Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for strategizing, planning and executing for business growth. The job holder manages the Principal to develop new customer segments, create demands, identify opportunities, source for leads, engage the prospects, follow through and secure the deals to meet/exceed the sales targets, as well as to engage, train, service and support the customers and users on an on-going basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Development and Sales Management

• Drive the pursuit of the company’s mission, vision and core values to foster a committed, competent and growth-oriented workforce.
• Strategise and plan for business growth to achieve the overall financial performance targets and sales targets for various products relevant to different regions.
• Drive a culture of effective cost management and resource optimisation.

2. Branding, Marketing and Products Development

• Continually engage customers and users to understand their evolving needs and introduce new products and solutions to meet their needs.
• Lead the scanning and assessment of industry developments, competition landscape customers’ evolving needs, government initiatives and regulatory changes to identify and seek business opportunities.
• Conceptualise and decide on branding matters, marketing positioning and communications, as well as review and approve marketing materials/collaterals

• Continually review the portfolio of solutions and products and decide on initiatives to boost sales, maintain profitability or enhance customer stickiness

3. Process Efficiency and Adoption of Technology

• Critically oversee cost management ensuring that resources are optimally utilised, wastages are minimised, and inventory is moving and at optimal level.

REQUIREMENTS

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer enquiries via phone call, whatsapp or email
• Liaise with patients about appointment scheduling
• Process prescription and dispense medication to patients accurately
• Assist doctors in consultation, examination and etc
• Handle financial counselling / cashiering duties
• Provide basic patient care services
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Key Requirements:

• Able to commit shift works and weekends
• Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking elderly patients

Summary:

• Basic salary up to $3000
• Variable bonus on a yearly basis
• OT fees available
• 5 days work week
• 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Location: Jurong East
• Slight experience in accounts only

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions
• Preparing stock inventories, conduct stock take on monthly basis, stock reconciliation
• Preparing tax computation for GST
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Prepare audit schedules and fixed asset schedule
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
• Other relevant administrative duties

Key Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant experience in accounting
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients / stakeholders
