   • Optimize cost management while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
6. Human Resource Management:
   • Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of staff.
   • Foster a positive work environment that aligns with the company culture.
7. Program Development and Enhancement:
   • Collaborate with academic and training teams to ensure curriculum relevance and quality.
   • Introduce new programs based on market demand and emerging trends.
8. Stakeholder Management:
   • Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies, clients, and partners.
   • Represent the institution at events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience: At least 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in a PEI or training institution.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with CPE, EduTrust, WSQ, and other regulatory standards.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
• Sales and Marketing Acumen: Strong track record in driving sales growth and managing marketing campaigns.
• Financial Proficiency: Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Reporting Structure:
Reports directly to the Board of Directors.

At all times, to keep the clinic/beauty salon organized, clean, and attractive to customers.

To oversee the clinic/beauty salon sales team and other staff members. This includes supervising employees, delegating tasks, evaluating employee performance, managing staff problems, and designing work schedules.

Oversee the clinic’s/beauty salon's inventory by maintaining stock and purchasing new supplies as needed.

To greet incoming customers, answer phone calls, and address customer complaints. When customers are ready to check out, assistant outlet managers supervise the cashier to complete sales and collect payments.

To achieve assigned target and goals set by company.

Ensure cohesive and harmonious working environment at all level in order to achieve Staff Retention rate.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year proven experience in managing a clinic/beauty salon or similar role

Knowledge of the best practices for running a clinic/beauty salon

Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace

Sales oriented and customer focus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin
