Lead admin and customer service teams to give strong support to sales department.

Some operation works relate to office operations

Some HR works like recruitment, application, cancellation, and renewal of Work Passes such as WP, SP & EP,

Onboarding and Offboarding etc.

Coordinate with system supplier and government grant application.

Candidates must be willing to travel to Tuas

5 Day work week

Role:

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analyses including management and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and overall control
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects for finance department excellence
• Support Senior Manager on monthly review of entities financial performance, follow up on queries and ensure closure of action items
• Work closely with the Finance Managers to support the Directors and Group Management to achieve financial KPIs
• Review projects profitability and submit monthly reports to management, explaining delta costs and margin achievements against forecasts
• Credit review and release for new customers, release of sales orders and variation orders in SAP
• Cash flow management, including cash flow forecast and the review of foreign exchange hedging requirements

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualifying experience
• Good experience and knowledge in SAP systems
• Prior experience in Commercial FP&A or business partnering
• Self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented individual
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate works within tight deadlines
• Team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities
• Strong collaboration, consensus building, problem resolution and communication skills

Contract Period:

• Contract Base Period : From 1 Feb 2025 to 31 Jan 2026.
• Contract Option : From 1 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027.

Deployment:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Works:

1) Cleaning and tidying of college areas:

• General Office
• HOD Room
• Staff Room
• Meeting Rooms
• Staff Pantries
• Lift Lobby and
• Toilets

2) Hostel:

• To escort contractor (ad-hoc or term) to respective locations for repair and maintenance
• To check for any common area defects
• To carry out gardening works, Eg. water potted plants
• To carry out cleaning works for rooms, including preparing bedlinens for new ad-hoc check-in
• To carry out cleaning works for common area, Eg. wet area, lift lobby, office, meeting room, toilet, empty recycle bins (NEA bluboxes) etc
• To store keep the luggage room, such as bed linens, tools and spare parts for ad-hoc repairs
• General maintenance such as changing of filter for air purifier, maintenance and replacement of vacuum cleaner bags etc

3) Any other duties as assigned by Officer-in-charge

Provide world class customer care experience and support sales team in achieving team's sales targets on a monthly basis

• Provide sales reps with 100% administrative support to ensure they achieve monthly team targets
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to delight customers.
