Overview

As Local Coordinator and as part of the Blended Care Team, you will assist the care management team in developing social activities and interest groups for residents at a physical centre, under the Health District @ Queenstown. Working hours: 9am to 6pm (5 days per week, Wednesdays to Sundays, PH OFF)

Salary: $2800 to $3500 per month + quarterly / annual bonus
