• Evaluate and refine operational workflows to enhance efficiency and ensure maximum productivity.

2. Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design, implement, and monitor business strategies that align with organizational objectives
• Oversee and ensure successful execution of strategic initiative

3. Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:

• Serve as the liaison between the operations, talent acquisition, business development teams, and other departments to ensure alignment towards company goals.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively

4. Reporting & Data Driven Decision Making:

• Generate monthly reports and analyze performance of business processes to provide actionable insights to improve resource utilization and operational efficiency

5. Cost-Control

• Manage annual expenses, ensuring expenditures are kept within planned annual budget.
• Track actual sales performance against targets and identify opportunities for revenue growth and enhance profitability through cost-control measures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in an operations management role
• A proven track record of driving business process improvements and operational excellence, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• People-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
