Overview

The Job Holder will support in building improvement capabilities and culture in the NUHS Regional Health System Office (RHSO), including community partners such as GPs. As the Country Manager based in Singapore, you will be at the forefront of our operations in Southeast Asia. This role is critical in driving business growth, managing local teams, and ensuring the successful execution of our strategic initiatives within the region. The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business in Singapore and will frequently travel to China for business development and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development:

b. Implement and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency.

6. Compliance and Risk Management:

b. Manage risks and ensure the company's reputation is upheld.

Qualifications:

● Master's degree in engineering, bechelor's may be considered.

● Profound insight into acoustic technology, bone conduction technology, binaural technology, and related industries.

● 7+ years of headphone industry management experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

● Deeply cultivated channel resources and extensive personal connections within the sales channels of Southeast Asian countries.

● Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is required.

● Experience in a multi-cultural work environment.

● Proficiency in Oracle suite, Sunlike, Tableau and ERP systems.

Work Environment:

This role is based in Singapore with regular travel to various locations within Southeast Asia and China.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work synergistically with the rest of the dental team to ensure effective and efficient daily clinic operations
• Assist dentists chairside and in the operating theatre to ensure procedural smoothness and patient comfort, creating positive patient experiences
• Uphold standards in infection prevention and control, sterilise and prepare instruments and equipment
• Provide administrative support, including performing frontline counter duties - answering phone calls, attending to patients and their enquiries, registration, general billing and cashiering duties, invoice filing, CHAS / insurance submission, scheduling appointments and follow up, confirmation of patients’ appointments

Requirements

Oversee all daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Provide secretarial support for other staff.
Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related matters.
Liaise with corporate secretary on corporate secretarial matters (e.g. AGM).
Collaborate with the IT team in HQ and external vendors on all IT matters.
Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies, which include stationery and multimedia equipment.
Coordinate office events, meetings and appointments.
