ACRES Wildlife Rescue Centre and our office is nestled in one of the few remaining rustic areas of Singapore, surrounded by farms in Sungei Tengah. With the nearest bus stop 25 minutes walk away, our working hours from 9:30am to 5pm (except wildlife rescue officer position) allow our team some travel time. Our simple office is surrounded by nature – from wild birds, toads, insects and plenty of vegetation – motivating you more towards the cause we serve!

Objectives of this role

• Increase donor profile and retention.
• Develop strong donor stewardship with individuals, corporates, and foundations.
• Ensure all fundraising initiatives meet the departments’ financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with grant reporting requirements and fundraising code of governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage corporations, foundations, and individuals for philanthropic programmes.
• Track, update, and manage grant goals and expenditures to prepare and present impact reports.
• Liaise with corporations to execute corporate engagement sessions and ensure deliverables are met.
• Plan, write, design, and PowerPoint presentations for supporter events, and social media content to keep donors up-to-date.
• Strategise and manage all programmes pertaining to donor stewardship and analyses.
• Collate data of all fundraising activities for internal reporting purposes and keep the donor database up-to-date.
• Attend all required meetings, fulfil fundraising targets for the financial year, and maintain collaborative efforts within the Advocacy team.
