• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
• Design and implement human resources policies and procedures in line with corporate goals
• Process monthly payroll, Foreign levy, and tax-related matters
• Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
• Administer employee compensation, training and benefit programs
• Point of contact to liaise with external vendors for HQ building and Retail Outlet facilities maintenance including Fire Alarm System, Air Conditioner & Renovation
• Managing of Company Insurance including submitting claims and renewal
• In charge of the administration of corporate affairs including stationery inventory, license renewal and CEO’s personal matters

Requirements:

Technical Competencies:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Infotech
• Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

Job Description

• Responsible for carrying out feasibility study on projects, obtaining quotation and funding approval.
• Provide advice on technical matters for the client's premises, in relation to relevant authorities' requirements and recognized standards.
• Provide advice on the project matters and supervise during the construction stage and inspect premises after completion of construction.
• Prepare reports on the completion works.
• Any other duties are assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management or its equivalent.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management works.
• Must be familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities' approval.
• Good interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Good report writing skills.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Independent, resourceful and able to perform under pressure with minimum supervision.
• A team player with good interpersonal and organization skills.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
• Working Schedule: 5-day work week
