• Deep understanding and practical experience with LLMs such as GPT, Llama, Claude, etc.
• Excellent knowledge in agentic AI.
• Practical experience in defining MLOps and DataOps.
• Experience in REST API development, familiar with development framework such as Django, express JS, spring Boot, etc
• Experience in modern data platform, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.
• Experience in data transformation/integration, BI, data analytics, reporting, and machine learning toolsets such as Talend, Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• Expertise in data analysis, data engineering, and statistical modeling.
• Experience in managing AI Product, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Ability to identify and promote innovative use cases for AI and GenAI.

Governance and Compliance:

• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and best practices for managing AI technologies.
• Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with AI deployments.

Communication and Training:

• Ability to articulate the value and benefits of AI to stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs to upskill employees on AI technologies. Ability to create a knowledge-sharing culture and foster a community of practice.
• Strong presentation, technical documentation, and project management skills.
