Job Scope

1) NYPS Activities

• a) Promotes and assist in Junken activities within Yokogawa's Affiliates' Departments/sections.
• b) Plan, administer and manage NYPS activities inclusive of NYPS training and budget
• c) Support Department/line support in carrying out actual NYPS improvement
• d) Provide as consultation role in supporting and setting up Existing and New Production Line based on NYPS concept

2) Company Activities

• Lead and encourage staff to participate Junken, NYPS and LETs activities.
• Work closely with Yokogawa's Affiliates' members to implement and improve processes.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure NYPS activities are on-going and implemented to Yokogawa's Groups of Companies.
• Ensure Improvement of Processes & Lines and Layout are implemented which allows increasing of Yokogawa Group's capacity and productivity.

Competencies

• Able to communicate and write in Japanese with HQ Japan for presentation and proposals.
• Able to understand Yokogawa products and the strategic directions from the HQ and Singapore management.

Responsibilities:

• To assist with loading and unloading of goods at office and delivery sites
• Ensure all loading/unloading is done in a timely and orderly fashion with minimal errors
• Checking of delivery orders before deliveries.
• Ensure all documentation is signed and acknowledged by the relevant parties.

Requirements:

• Good memory recall
• Must be able to understand basic English for clearer understanding of product codes
• Be responsible, and possess a willingness to learn.
• Relevant experience is advantageous but not a must.

Key duties

• Reviews patients periodically to assess their progress and to ensure that high quality care has been provided and to ascertain patients’ needs for additional care / services
• Provides supervisory consultation and support to her staff
• Attends meeting and participates in committees as assigned
• Audits staff regularly to keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) of the department and ensure conformity. To help with review KPIs periodically and if necessary to set new KPIs to improve nursing standards.
• Assist in managing the ward roster ensuring that there is an adequate staff on duty at all times.
• Takes corrective and preventive actions where necessary to eliminate or minimize the cause of existing or potential critical quality problems identified.
• Audits patients’ case notes and nursing documentation to ensure that records are up to date and in line with the legal requirements for documentation.
• Implements and monitors infection control practices and procedures and ensures that the staff understands and follows these policies and procedures strictly.

Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing with at least 6 years of experience in clinical and supervisory role
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary ward
• Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
• Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board

Responsibilities:

• Provide food & beverage service in the outlets and banquets
• Attend to members' requests, taking orders and serving of food and drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlets at all times
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Basic Food and Hygiene Certificate will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment handling multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Teamplayer and service oriented
• Able to work weekends and public holidays

• Update authors’ contacts and payment details
• Screen incoming emails relating to royalty enquiries and provide timely response
• Organise and collate printed royalty statements for authors for mailing
• Assist in cheque / EFT payments to authors
• Assist in stock count
• Assist Accounts payable trade invoice processing
• Other accounting related assignments

Requirements

• GCE A Level / Diploma or equivalent
• Highly organized and meticulous
• Good written and communication skills to handle authors’ queries
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Minimal supervision
• Work well in a team
