Responsibilities:

• Financial accounting and bookkeeping
• Handle day-to-day financial operations within the company & group (payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other transactions)
• Record accounts payable and staff claims and process payment
• Follow up on accounts receivable collections.
• Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.
• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions and perform timely reconciliations.
• Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements (eg. GST submission).

• Ideally 5 years of relevant working experience in handing full sets of accounts. Prior experience in project accounting will be an advantage.

JOB PURPOSE:

1. The role is to implement and promote the Yokogawa Group mid-term plan under Global Sustainability 2028

2. To optimize the entire SCM by strengthening cooperation between production & sales, the tole to promote and deploy various measures and solutions to Asia, India and the Middle East with a focus on Singapore.

3. Coordinate and execute Total Productivity Improvements (Optimization) for Yokogawa Groups, so as in order to maximize their capabilities.

4. Plan, execute and Promote the implementation of New Yokogawa Production System (NYPS) activities and concept so as to ensure Yokogawa's group's productivity is effectively meeting the TOP Management’s target on FC/SP.

5. Plan, Design and Develop Processes Automation to meet the implementation of NYPS processes revolution.

Job Scope

1) NYPS Activities

• a) Promotes and assist in Junken activities within Yokogawa's Affiliates' Departments/sections.
• b) Plan, administer and manage NYPS activities inclusive of NYPS training and budget
• c) Support Department/line support in carrying out actual NYPS improvement
• d) Provide as consultation role in supporting and setting up Existing and New Production Line based on NYPS concept

2) Company Activities

• Lead and encourage staff to participate Junken, NYPS and LETs activities.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

He/she acts as the territory Healthcare Logistics and Distribution Logistics Account Manager (LAM) using account planning and sales skills to meet the territory HLD revenue growth targets. The Logistics Account Manager drives business growth through solution development, customer facing communications, contract development, and negotiation.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate new revenue by sourcing for targeted customers that require healthcare warehousing and distribution services.
• Develop healthcare services and products in Asia for existing customers and new accounts.
• Lead discussions on customer’s business and/or performance reviews with customers.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, Business, or relevant discipline. Master’s Degree or MBA will be a plus
• Candidate with strong experience background in life science and/or medical device/pharmaceutical industry (or related) with extensive knowledge of GMP/GSP/GDP environment and 3PL/4PL experience will be an added advantage
• Candidate with healthcare regulations knowledge or healthcare service experience is strongly preferred
• Familiar with ISO certification knowledge (especially ISO 13485:2003)
• Proven track record of increasing sales against plan objectives in previous assignments
• Business related travel will be required
