Determines conditions under which tests are to be conducted, and phases of test operations. Coordinates operational, functional and performance phases of tests. Analyzes and interprets test data. Prepares technical reports of for use by engineering personnel. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

To ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and takes initiatives to promote a safety working

To ensure the painting works are carried out in accordance to the client's requirements as communicated by the project manager and/or as specified in the contract agreement

To provide all project status update to management accurately and in a timely manner

To manage transporting foreign workers in/out dormitory to jobsite and to perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in building construction

To Possess the relevant safety certifications like Managing Work At Height / SSRC / BCSS

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Construction or related courses

• Supporting managers: Assisting managers with operational issues, and overseeing daily shift operations

• Reporting inventory issues: Reporting damaged or missing inventory to the manager

- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.

Requirement & Skills:

- Driving License

- Experienced on digital door locks intallations.

- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.

- At least 3 years experience in electrician works or carpentry works.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Leadership ability.

- Able work overtime, weekend and public holidays.
