What is the role about: The candidate will have the opportunity to be a part of the Investment Product Team as we embark on a transformation journey.

The duties and responsibilities would be to provide assistance/support to product managers to better run day to day business related tasks

Key Deliverable needed from the candidate:

1. Business momentum tracking:

• Financial results seen daily

• Sales and channel dashboards

• Incentive reports

• Client campaign reports

• Adhoc data extraction

2. Content and Information maintenance:

• Investment performance and Market monitor updates

• Training support for Front office colleagues

• Internal and external website updates

3. Business Support:

• Bond and Equity availability list and blotters

• Trail income reconciliation tasks

• Billing claims to be raised to external parties

• Assistance on running internal and external client events to promote Investment solutions

• Perform competitor analysis

• Any other data related requirement

Skill set and attitude required:

• Good at excel and data understanding – must have intermediate. Advanced MS office skills

(Excel, VBA, word, Powerpoint)

• Able to automate tasks to achieve efficiency on execution

• Willing to learn fast and adapt/ contribute to a wide range of product solutions

• Self-motivated team players and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• MS Office Skills (Excel, Words, PowerPoint) is required

• Meticulous individual

• Take the work assigned to him/ her seriously

Job Scope:

• Manage petty cash, office supplies, and refreshments.
• Carry out administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and processing mail.
• Organize sales invoice records and send them to customers.
• Oversee supplier payments and prepare accounts payable reports, ensuring accounts payable ageing/reconciliation is completed.
