This role is accountable for managing the Fuels product portfolio, guiding the strategic direction and driving the profitable growth of the Fuels business by delivering sustainable winning value propositions for markets and customers in Southeast Asia, Taiwan and Australia. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Line Management

• Develop, communicate and implement the regional product line strategy
• Lead the Fuels product positioning activities in support of customers’ business plan
• Provide marketing management (product, pricing, promotion) in designated end use
• Provide input and implement product line complexity management plans for the region
• Support Product Development and Commercialization Excellence and proactively manage the Fuels product portfolio

Sales and Technical Support

• Work with the regional Sales team to achieve the annual sales plan, incorporating technical projects as needed
• Provide Fuels product line support to Lubrizol Sales with customer visits, presentations, product and technical training
• Understand customer and competitor’s value propositions, strengths and weaknesses and identify threats; convert market changes into opportunities for growth
• Gain market info to guide new product development strategies

• Manage projects, involving colleagues from a range of departments and locations from initiation to successful and timely completion
• Develop estimates and project scope independently (objectives, milestones, resources, and economics)

REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS:

Education & Professional Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or engineering
• 5-8 years in technical, commercial and product management roles, preferably in fuels additives

· Accountable for 20000 Sq. Ft area of store for FMCG like Fresh Product, Bakery, Dairy Products, Home and Personal care Products & General Merchandise.

· Accountable for achieving assigned sales against the budget.

· Working on P&L & EBITDA of store and focusing towards profit to budget.

· Working on control the losses of store.

· Keep focus on Gross Margin maintained, Control on operational cost and expenditures.

· Identify the other sources of income, space selling, SIS.

· Focus on Customer, Service, People and Execution parameters.

· Perpetual Inventory as per plan and schedule.

· Ensuring about stock availability, visibility, Price and Offer communications.

· Monitoring Attrition, Manpower gap. Co-ordinate with HR and training team for timely Recruitment and Training.

· Strictly adherence of SOP

· Observe the market movement on a regular basis and refurbish plans if necessary, with a view to optimize returns.

· Monitor store’s daily banking and finance activity as per routine process and timely cash audit.

Responsibilities

· Store opening and closing as per schedule and process.

· Daily working on DSS, check daily performance reports, plan and act accordingly.

· Working on Daily, WTD, MTD and YTD performance, brainstorm with the concerned manager department/category wise.

· Ensure to proper stock consolidation, zoning, Date rotation, priority and spot fill and replenishment happening. All price communications, POP are in place.

· Working on MBQ, Inventory control, Product availability, timely Indenting, & Benchmarking with local market and competitors.

· Ensure highest level of Customer Service, Grievances, Faster Checkout, Hygiene and in store and out store ambience.

· Controlling the shrink, Dump, Markdown of store and minimize the losses

· To ensure that staff is following right processes with right way. Taking care of timely PI as per schedule and smooth operation during the PI.

· Daily briefing and discussion on goals and vision, Train and motivate to staff for the best result.

· To take a review of team KRA on daily basis and brief them about our mission and vision.

· Allocating and ensuring effective utilization of manpower.

· Store finance and Banking – Timely cash audit and monitor cash and banking activity as per process.

· Stock requirement and forecasting.

Job description

• Develop and maintain an extensive network of industry contacts in order to be aware of opportunities and industry trends that affect company business.
• Maintain and develop existing and new clients and opportunities for the mooring rental, project, and sale segments in the territory.
• Input data into CRM and be the custodian of the assigned sales opportunities, spearheading the conversion rate of the opportunities with the support of the team.
• Implement Marketing plans for the assigned territory market segments through Exhibitions, Product presentations, Technical Seminars to promote the business.
• To offer mooring solutions and services to the Mooring, Rigging and Marine Market
• To educate clients on Company range of mooring and subsea expertise
• Identify and develop business opportunities in assigned territories / segments with an established pursuit strategy plan.
• Lead preparation of quotations / tenders and coordinate tender process and submissions as per company process and in liaison with the group department leads.
• As directed, coordinate the resources of other departments to compliment Company business and maximize opportunities
• Prepare sales plan, reports, and reliable forecasts for monthly reporting in a timely manner
• Monitor Competitor performance to assess and improve Mooreast competitive position
• To identify potential business partner relationships throughout the region.
• Comply with Mooreast quality, safety, environmental management systems and procedures to ensure all duties are executed in a safe manner minimizing harm to the environment.

Job Requirement
