About the Role:

• Organise, co-ordinate and control the FMC team, sub-contractors appointed by the Client and visiting sub-contractors. Collate and manage all technical specifications, O&M documentation, drawings and compile all maintenance programs from all sub-contractor. Track and monitor the maintenance programs by using the appropriate software and spreadsheets;
• Manage emergency and ad-hoc repairs, breakdowns and trouble-shooting. Provide technical support and attendance where necessary and act as an Authorised Person. Manage and act as the co-ordination point between the various subcontractors and/or Vendors appointed by the Client;

- Necessary to have minimum 10 years of experience in technical /product development of Early Life Nutrition.

- Mandatory requirement of advanced communications skills.

- Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Experience in automotive electronics industry, preferably with product management or product marketing experience.
• Product management/marking experience in automotive industry, especially in products such as display, infotainment, domain controller, internet of vehicles, ADAS and/or autonomous driving.
• Strong understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and user-centred design principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret date and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback mechanisms.
